“ John 4: 14"but whoever drinks of the water that I will give him will never be thirsty again. The water that I will give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life.”.”
Life on the outskirts of the city may not be what you think. Lying on the northen side of the Vaal River and just a few kilometres outside Johannesburg is a small town known as Vereeniging. The name is derived from the Afrikaans/ Dutch word meaning 'association' or 'union'. It may not be your go-to place with big lights, but there is so much that it boasts of, fresh air is one them.

The city prides itself in a mixture of cultures, and its no surprise to find your own mother tongue. The rate of unemployment is a somewhat alarming in this town. Although our Every Home for Christ team was not able to provide the entire community with food of the stomach, but there is so much water that quenches thirsty mentioned in "John 4:13-14". that they managed to apprise. The hunger for God is perspicuous in this small town, and sharing of the Gospel Of Jesus Christ could be what is really needed in this town.
With so many people staying on the streets where they cannot afford basic needs, God's Word is something that can only bring hope and renew their faith. The team reached out to so many souls which became the testimony of what God can do in people's lives and in communities
